Update: Still waiting on the nut for the starter shaft. Manufacturer delay but should arrive later next week. I may go to a local fastener place and see if they can match up something to get me going. I don't think there is anything special about the part that I can't use another matching...
At the end of the Fall season I use seafoam @ 1oz per gallon and early Spring @ .5oz per gallon. Even with using e10 in the past for years I never had an carb issue since. My Toro was in storage for a year + and when I got it out it was running like crap. Threw in some seafoam and rode around...

Pulled both plugs and it would not turn over. Checked solenoid and ignition switch with a test light. Will see what voltage I get when I get another pair of hands.
So that leaves me thinking if it's something simple -- maybe it could be starter? If not, possibly valve issues or major break...
