Pulled the cylinder looked pretty badly scored, piston and ring looked pretty worn also. Parts to repair added up to almost the price of a new unit so I pitched it.

It tested 140lbs. Put in brand new gas and it's still the same problem.

I put a brand new spark plug in, and after attempting to start, I pulled it and it was wet, so I'm pretty sure fuel is getting into the cylinder. I'll change the fuel tomorrow and see if anything changes. I'm also going to check for proper compression. What readings should I get with this engine?

I've already changed those lines and filter, new ones came with the new carb kit.
