Replaced primer bulb Now it will start and die right away Assuming I need to clean the carb

Also just looked I see the primer bulb is ripped and leaking so guess I start there

Fuel pumps into the air cleaner? Cause when I prime fuel pumps out

Hey all No nothin on lawn mowers But my lawn mower doesn’t start fuel pumps out when I push primer I can’t recall but I think this part had a clear bulb Attached photo I know it’s aTecumseh carb what do I need to seal this back up
