i have a pro 15 rider with a 15 hp kawasaki engine-- Engine will start on a jump straight to starter motor so replaced solenoid but still not starting on the key! is there any cut off switches on this machine other than the seat cut off that im missing?thanks

Ment shaft with small gear at bottom...

I have a toro wheel horse 270 hydro... Need to replace lower steering shaft! Any advice on the best way? I’m assuming from the steering wheel down? Thanks
