Thank you for the info. That engine is 14HP and should be the spec for the 36" cut deck

Have a Scag SW36-14KA with a Kawasaki one cylinder OHV engine on it. There is no label on the engine for information. In the parts breakdown of the mower this unit should have a flathead engine. Was there a serial number or year that the mower came with an OHV engine?
