Hello, I have a Briggs and Stratton washer model 020439 engine model 10T702 0114 with the plastic in tank carburetor. I cleaned the carb for a customer and the gasket and diaphragm looked good so I reused em'. So now when I prime it runs off of that then dies, repeat the process and it surges...- Penpaljr
