Installed a new OEM belt and it is not even tight enough to drive the rear wheels. The cable must be stretched and it is discontinued .....have not seen any NOS out there. I will have to modify it somehow.

I think it is very regional. Some areas are hit harder than others and some of the more prosperous regional areas are seeing people spending on new Stuff. Those who kept their paychecks coming in and still got the $1200.

If KEAkar's ideas did not solve your problems check to see if the Carb is too lean. If you can richen the mixture try it.
