thanks guys. I found this mower and tried the new carb for the heck of it. When I get some time I will pull off the head and dig in further. Pretty sure this has decompression feature that bumps one of the valves.

Pretty sure this is GCV-160 engine(cant find other labels) but looks like others I see. Engine has the brake assembly. Flywheel says ZMO also has a logo that looks like TEC Part number says 003789 Is there supposed to be a magnet on two sides? One side is strong. Nothing on other unless...
