Wrong oil filter, may be too short if eng has the extended tube where it screws on. MUST have long filter. Just a thought.

Shaking like you stated right after doing spindles could be a blade or spindle pully is not mounted properly

Looks like half the rear bushing is gone, also to remove the impeller I have cut along tube with cutting wheel then after its off weld it back up when its on the shaft.

Valves are out of adjustment.

Replace the gas line. blow tank out from drain or gas line.

Corrosion where coil mounts ? It has to have good contact to work.

Its not going to affect coil function if you grind that corner.

Check the butterfly for throttle to be sure its not binding or loose. I have seen the screws come out of these. Just a thought.

set 3/8 bolt in carb to hold choke in correct position then tighten screws to set. Check gas pickup tube by blowing and sucking on it. (some have check valve in) or replace the tube.

valve keeper came off

Heat it up red hot then pour or hose it off immediately (back side) then tap on the part on the axle to break rust. use pb blaster . If done correctly it will crystalize and break the rust. Last resort would be to cut a slit in the hub part on the axle to relieve it then when off clean it all...

Gas cap vent is worth a look.
