I just pulled it in the garage it ran fine and now this

The ebrake is released all belts are good when I pull the pin on the back of the mower it pushes easy and when the pin is in there is no difference

Just like title says I started it up today it moved forward a few inches like it had a wet belt now it will not do nothing it's a hydro trans Thanks Jd
