Just like title says I started it up today it moved forward a few inches like it had a wet belt now it will not do nothing it's a hydro trans

check that when the bake is released that the belt is tight
Check that the belt is on all of the pulleys
check that the idlers are in good condition and rotate freely & quietly.

The ebrake is released all belts are good when I pull the pin on the back of the mower it pushes easy and when the pin is in there is no difference

I just pulled it in the garage it ran fine and now this

You are under miss understanding this mower has a hydrostatic transaxle. It has a General Transmissions RS800P CVT transaxle.
