Never Know which one you have until you try to cycle it. Does your mower have a MIL light on it so you can read the Mal function codes on it?

Have never done that but sounds like a good idea. What about fogging oil? Take the plugs out turn each cylinder to BDC and treat it with the fogging oil. It would be much easier to get it into the cylinders. Just a thought.

Try turning the ignition on and off. Some you have to cycle the ign on and off and some the pump runs until it builds pressure.

Made a puller to pull them out on Briggs and Kohler carbs with brass seats Kohlers new seats are Zinc and alcohol fuel won't damage them.

I take shop air and stick it in the fuel line fitting of the carb and blow it out. Tool works great to install it.

Check the switches on the steering levers and not just the switches the terminals make sure the wires are connected good.

Check the kill wire where it goes into the kill terminal to make sure it is opening enough not cause this problem.

To remove the cable out of the bracket you don't bend the plastic tabs out you squeeze the tabs in and pull the cable out of the bracket.

I have found in my experience Parker wheel motors to be top of the line.

If it is leaking at the head, it is usually the valve cover gasket.

Wrong spring 796260 is what you need. Move the throttle control and watch the arm that moves and hook the spring in it and then to the governor arm on the engine.
