The "color" black and the absence of light are completely different. A red apple in total absence of light is still red but will appear black. This is a deep rabbit hole.
Only when dealing with light. "Black" in the printing world is definately a color. If you combine magenta cyan and yellow you get what is called process black. The density of black is important too.
You can get a standard 46mm kit

Or a ms390 kit that is 49mm...
The red wire goes here and the black wire goes....
ZAAAAAAAAAAP!
The news reported people could see the blue glow that lasted a few seconds from 3 miles away.
Don't get me started on the absolute shit show when ohio had 3 counties fail air quality testing so the EPA mandated emissions testing. The company they contracted the testing out to was run by retarded monkees with their heads up the asses answering to even more retarded monkees in the government.
I have done a bunch of these types by MTD. Do yourself a favor and unbolt the engine. If you heat it enough to get it off you will probably damage the lower seal. The hacks will bend the 3 belt guides but that just proves they are hacks. The pulley is paper thin so any prying ruins them. MTD...
The flash lamp power supply in the xerox machine like in the movie 9 to 5 has 4 capacitors that are measured in farads. Not microfarads. Fed by 50 amp 240v. A service rep did a dumbass and got a hand across it and it fires at 3 times a second. He retired with disability because he destroyed the...
I wonder how exact on torque settings you need to be on a mower engine? Other than head bolts that i cheat on regularly by adding 10 ft/lb, rod and sump bolts. What else do you guys use a torque wrench on? After over a half century of twisting things i rarely grab a torque wrench.
Some lawn boy coils are ground to run and some ground to kill. The older coils were very bad about killing the coil if engine was cranked with the plug wire disconnected. I have replaced a ground to run coil with a ground to kill type. Been 20+ years ago so i don't remember part numbers. They...
🤔 😂
The fun part is M12 comes in 3 flavors. 1.25 1.5 and 1.75 pitch threads. Not sure the need for 3 different thread pitches but i have taps and dies for all 3 now because everybody has to be different.
No offense but open a mower shop. Charge $50-$100 per hour to diagnose, repair and time to lookup parts. Most ICE stuff it is fairly easy to lookup parts with sites like Jack's and others. Electrix stuff not so easy. Most folks won't pay you what it costs to fix some electric stuff. If you want...
Remove motor. Apply 24v from a couple batteries.
Motor does nothing. Bad motor
Check voltage at mower battery terminals. No voltage. Bad battery.
If motor and battery test good then most likely controller bad.
Not many DC motors like stopping in a couple milliseconds. I have seen windings...
I have both a couple different gap type testers and a couple of the inline neon type. They are actually used differently and they tell you differet things.
I am not building the space shuttle. About the only thing i use a torque wrench on is head bolts, rod bolts and sump covers. I have 1/2" and 3/8" Tekton clicker wrenches that get the same readings as my old beam wrench. If i am off a little it hasn't been a problem yet. It's a lawnmower not...
