Simplicity will make the lawn look much better, the rolling deck design is superior to a hanging deck. The Deere might be built a bit heavier duty, but I'm using a well used 20HP Prestige that I bought a bought a couple years ago.

Got lucky, found a kit on the shelf from sepw.com.... installed today - works pretty good. Part of the documentation talked about a add on leaf shredder, anyone try those? Seems like they bolt to the inside of the deck.
