Strato carbs are higher turns. 2, 2.5, 3.0. I had one that wouldn't run until 3.5 out. I dislike strato carbs.

Dunno if Walbro parts that low. I'll look in the old carb box tonite and see if I have one.

I liked XP and win7. Hate win10. It does not like hardware older than 5 years. It's speculated that there isn't much code R&D - just push crap out and let users find the bugs to report and then they'll fix. I've put Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on puters I need to rely on. Probably a Zama C1M-W26C. I don't have any new or rebuilt ones. Check your pump and metering diaphragms - any stiffness or click = need to be replaced. Zama is a PITA - they have 150 cube carbs and 147 rebuild kits. Walbro has 150 carbs and 4 kits. You never have the proper Zama kit around...

Scrubcadet, I have a 3-4 of these in parts boxes. When they have scored P&C, they aren't worth rebuilding, $-wise. What parts do you need?

I'll try it for ~$9 for 16oz. Most all my 4 strokes are 1990s or older.

Poulan saws normally have the model # on clutch cover, recoil housing or both. I have a wood shark model 1950. Post a pic of all 4 sides of your saw if don't find it.

Shift Fork 22 slides Clutch Collar 17 either Right or Left (1 is forward, 1 is reverse) to engage bevel gear 15. Then Pinion Gear 9 turns output shaft/pulley.

Search ebay: "Murray Spindle" or "Murray Jackshaft". One of the ads will have specs.

Looks good. I doubt it notices much of a load even when you hit high grass.
