    Yep! I swapped in a Briggs and Stratton V-Twin out of a cheap mower that I bought for parts. It was a Briggs 445677 with a 3"x1" shaft. I just had to do the wiring, and added a crankshaft adapter, and it went right in with minimal problems.

    Yeah, seems to have most of the features of the TS242XD. Pros of YT42DXLS: Cheaper Has CTEK charge port and Battery indicator (I installed one on mine, it's so nice to have!) Auto-locking differential Cons of YT42DXLS would be: No warranty No repair/service history

    That's a 48" mowing deck from a 2012 Husqvarna YTH 24K48 Riding Mower. Worth good money for sure.

    Yeah, belt is nothing to worry about. It is very easy to align the steering wheel if you do get it. Nice they offered a discount for it though! The metal hood is a HUGE plus. Also, it isn't hard to just remove the chute if you get it.
