    Greenworks Pro 60V LMC408

Yes, St. Augustine is tough to cut, & does not to be cut too short. The motor probably overheated & caused it to shut down. That mower is very capable of cutting her grass .

Battery powered Weed Eater, Which voltage is preferred or has an advantage?

I have a Greenworks 60V system . It is overkill for my needs as far as the string trimmer, but it uses the same batteries as my mower. Very pleased with everything .

2009 Cub Cadet LTX 1040's Brake Pedal is Sticking with the Drive Pedal.

Clippings can gather under the mower in that area. Use a blower to remove those, then a little oil on the linkages.

    New Owner

If you are going to use the vacuum often, cut the grass more often & don't let it get too high, or cut too much off at a time. Never cut when wet. Run RPMS at full speed & drive a little slower. Clean inside of the chute & tube after each use. KEEP oil checked. Many of these have a Chinese built...

    40v 3.0AH battery problems

How old is the battery ? Do you have a good battery to test the tool ? A battery can show the correct voltage, but once it is " under a load ", it may fail.

How to keep 40V mower clean?

NEVER cut wet grass , if you value this mower. You have an electric mower so water & electricity [ even a battery ] do not mix. You can burn up the motor. If you cut high grass, set the wheels to the top setting, & cut it again a couple of days later at a notch lower. Now that you have caked...

Husqvarna CTH151 Sit On Not Cutting Right

AHA. If the spring is unhooked & the belt is off, that arm should swing freely back & forth. Those are the only things keeping the belt tight. You may be able to leave everything as it is now, & squirt some penetrating oil on the area where the arm pivots, & keep cutting the grass with it. It...

Husqvarna CTH151 Sit On Not Cutting Right

Here is a diagram with parts. I am not familiar with your mower, but it looks like most others. The belt tension is provided by an idler pully with a spring that pulls it tight, so no adjustment. A new FACTORY belt should last longer than a year, unless other parts such as Idlers, pulleys , etc...
