just bought this 5200 Gravley an the 8hp Kohler motor just blew a rod thru the side of motor block now I'm trying to remove the gears on the crank shaft any help is appreciated

You need to line up the key with the keyway slot spray a good rust buster on the axle and key then try pulling with the puller but i would use bigger bolts
