Hello M.,
I typically use eBay, Parts Tree or Jack's small engine.
How do you rate "high quality"? If a part works reliably when installed, that is about all you can find these days.
The old days of parts brand recognition for reliability have long passed. Now it is just selling the historical namesake for quick profits.
Parts are getting more expensive and unreliable all the time, so it does not pay to keep much in stock anymore.

i typically use OEM filters, most OE's use a handful of filters on multiple equipment. And it can give peace of mind to the customer knowing original parts are being used.
Oil filters: Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Hydraulic filters and air filters can be sourced from local OPE dealers or online. It's best to use OEM, Stens, or Rotary.
Blades: OEM, Stens, Rotary, or Oregon. Online or local dealer. Rotary blades are a good quality product at a fair price.

I like to use Kohler air filters and fuel filters on my Kohler powered unit.
Running a business, it's best to use OEM stuff on units serviced for paying customers.

^^^^ what MParr wrote in the last two posts is the answer I would have also given. On things like this, I try to stay away from Amazon and Ebay these days due to the high number of cheap counterfeits out there. Sometimes Summit Racing Supplies will have certain brands of oils and fluids that others don't.
Thanks Auto Doc, I know, quality control is a thing of the past. I read the reviews, let's say about blades. The 1- and 2-star reviews about being too long, diameter wrong size, unbalanced etc. Just looking for the fewest complaints, I guess.
