The Scag is going to be considered a commercial unit. I think it's a good choice. It will give you much better service than the Toro residential units or the Echo for that matter. Toro and Exmark also have commercial units. Bad Boy used to carry them as well.
I've had experience with the Toro Person Pace residential mowers and I do not recommend them.

Yea i have been reading reviews on them. I got spoiled by my Honda from back in the day, so I like the blade stop without having to shut down the whole unit.
