Toro 21" rear wheel recycler - 2006 vintage. Have two blades that I alternate use of. Take one off and put the other on. Then at convenience the one taken off gets glass beaded, sharpened, balanced, and painted for the next swap. These blades are essentially 20 years old at this point. They have some life left but there is no question that they are not as wide as when new. Trying to decide whether to keep using them or replace them. At some point I would think that there has to be fatigue. If they are replaced, anyone have a suggestion what is the quietest blade that gives the best lift into a rear catch bag? The present blades can be used either for mulching or bagging. They do a pretty good job of mulching when we put the plug in. I was looking at Oregon and Ballard, or the original Toro blade 108-3762-03
