Idk what it means but my trusty echo PAS 225 that has been serving me at least decent for a decade now needing a couple cheap carb replacements(prolly why it doesn't run perfect) today just stopped turning on and after yanking on it and spraying carb cleaner here there and everywhere the final truck was to yank on it with CHOKE OPEN and throttle depressed. I WAS trying with throttle closed.

Any carb that old the diaphragm probably turned stiff. Full OEM carb rebuild or replace with OEM.been serving me at least decent for a decade now
Most 2 smoke equipment actually cracks the throttle open with full choke. Read your engine manual and starting procedures.

Usually from Jack's small engine or Parts Tree if they are still available. Some are just no longer produced and all bets are off when that happens. Ebay has worked out well for me better than Amazon.Where do you guys usually get oem carbs?
