Hello all ! Looking at super lt 1552 2007 I believe, seems a fair price but I want to check with you gurus about what to look out for, any common issues, your experiences with them etc. Thanks in advance, any leads will be much appreciated.

That should have the Kohler courage twin engine So expect starter issues. also the front wheels will experience the toe in/toe out issue which may not be repairable., and if not already converted used the spark advance module box on the engine and could require the conversion to DSI ignition. And also don't be surprised if the axles break inside the wheel hubs and it stops moving or the wheel falls off.
