LX188 With Kawasaki motor.

When removing solinoid does it go back in a certain way.

Of course it does...just reverse everything you did to remove it!

After I did that the solinoid gear runs but does not engage the motor

Take the starter off and bench test it, that way you can see if the solenoid and starter motor are working correctly....if they are both working correctly, you have a problem, in front of the starter!

Thank you Mower King!! I took the starter off the solinoid was not hooked up right inside the starter. After all this time YOU got er done!! (Thanks Again)
