My Black&Decker cordless electric mower (CM1836) won't fully start.
The battery works fine as it's voltage is ~36V measured by a multimeter. However, the voltage measured on the two shunts is very low, about 1-2V.
The motor rotates but slowly. I changed the start switch (638313-00) but it didn't help.
Any idea what's wrong?
