Mulching with a Honda HRR216VKA Mower

When I mulch with my Honda mower it spits out a trail of grass right in front of the left rear wheel. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? And what to do about it. The underside of the deck is clean. Thank you in advance.

are you using 1 or 2 blades? item 3 or 11? or both? #3 looks like mulching blade?

have you sharpened blades recently?

I have the 2 blade set up.

It does that when you cut too much grass. Solution is to mow more often so it doesn't get so tall in between mowx.
