Jim, you need to give a little more detail, I take it your Troy-Bilt has a recoil starter, AND it has an electric starter option also..?? you say it starts, with using the recoil, BUT NOT with the electric..?? is your battery spinning it fast enough..?? we need the info from your machine, see EXAMPLE of info we need......
