hope I can get some help on this. mowers about 4 yrs. old and rear wheels lock up at times when pulling it backwards.

It's a common problem and I just read a post by a guy having this problem and a member explained what the problem usually is and how to fix it. 99% of the time the problem is with the parts in red in this pic
