Repairs New Honda HRX2174hya missing a carter pin in driveclutch handle bar assemble

Just opened the new mower, set it up and started. Could not get blades to engage. Found in the handlebar assembly a missing carter pin that keeps a horizontal pin in position to grab the cable and pull it to engage the drive.
Can't fid a schematic anywhere on the parts assembly to get the part number.
Any help on how to get a schematic of that assembly?

Sounds like you are missing the 8mm spring clip (#25)? Any Honda dealer can get this for you. Part Number 94251-0800, $0.82.
