Exmark Quest Fab deck 42in vs Dixie Chopper Zee 2

I have flat yard about a acre...what's is the major differences between these 2 and which one is preferred/better...I also have 100ft white oak trees and in the fall have a ton of leaves..which one would be better getting leaves up

Fabricated deck is tough to keep clean. At least mine is.
