I am attempting to repair my neighbors Gravely ZT 2350 Zero Turn. The right side wheel motor seems to be dragging and pulling the engine down. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it?

Can you maybe give more details no the problem. Are the fluids and filters ever been changed? Is the brake stuck? How are the belts, pulleys?

I did a little research and found these wear more or less sealed units. You can get rebuild kits but with me being disabled that is a bit too much for me to take on. I suggested that they take it to a Gravely dealer. I did manage to get about 18 ounces of water out of the gas and get the engine back up and running though I told them it would be a good idea to leave the gas cap out at least when it's raining. LOL They leave all their equipment out in the weather then call me when the need it. Ugh. But anyway.........

I too have a "sealed" unit. I went to the manufactures web site and found out it is not. I have missed the first oil change because of my manufacture lying to the general public. I am fixing this now. I have had zero problems as of now I just hope missing the first oil change by 150 hours does not hurt anything.

Thanx for the 411. But still it is a bit much for me to take on. I'm just not physically able do do a lot of things I once done. The mower has been taken to an authorized dealer. I'm sure they will pay a heavy price but when you neglect such machinery that's how it goes. Maybe it will be a lesson learned. I have stressed to them on several occasions that they should take better care of their power equipment.
