Zero turn control question...

I just used my new Snapper zero turn for the first time today and while I was very pleased with it all in all I noticed that the left lever is quite a bit harder to go into reverse than the right. Is there a adjustment for this or should I take it back to the dealer?

OK I was just hoping it was an easy adjustment. My dealer is about 40 minutes away. I will give them a call in the morning. I also noticed that the levers aren't even when fully forward or reversed. It goes straight when both are as far forward as possible, but the left one (I think) is about the thickness of the bar further forward than the other.

Most ZTRs have a cushion spring as the levers pass thru neutral and into reverse. If the levers are let go of in reverse then the springs will push the levers to neutral. I'm not sure if hydro units have these springs, most of the pump and wheel motor units have them. On my ZTR I need to periodically clean an lube this area. Sounds like not much dealer prep and setup. The first complaint that most people have is the levers being off set from each other and dealers usually adjust this before delivery to save the trouble later.
