My wife told me this story last night...it's so funny I have to share it.
Her sister in law borrowed an $800 commercial duty pressure washer from a neighbor, she wanted to clean her deck. So when the job was done, she left the washer outdoors overnight, and the neighbor saw it sitting outside when he drove by to go to work the next day. When he came home for lunch at noon, it was still sitting outside. So he stopped and picked it up and took it home.
The borrower got home from work that afternoon, saw it was gone, and was so upset she could barely sleep. The next morning the neighbor called her and asked if she was done with the washer, she said no I have some other things to use it for. He said okay and kept calling, listening to what she had plans to use his gadget for, after four or five times he couldn't hold his laughter back and told he what he had done.
I say good for him, maybe next time she borrows something she will take better care of it. Heck, I don't even leave my Goodwill purchased $45 power washer outside, and I have a cop living next door !!
