Yardman stalls at full throttle with pto out , runs at 3/4 throttle

My Yardman will run at 3/4 throttle with pto engaged but stalls out when put at full throttle , any suggestions ?

You have spark so check air blockages - dirty filter - dry cracked fuel lines - I actually had a machine with a pin hole in the top of the plastic fuel filter - didn't find it until I put air hose in the fuel tank - tractor was hard starting - pee stream of gas came spilling out the top of the filter
it's simple fixes that take time ...

It runs fineat full throttle without the blades running , as soon as I engage the blades it stalls out , if I set the throttle at 3/4 it runs fine .

Put water in a Windex bottle - at full throttle engage the blades and spray water most around the manifold and fuel line - see if it smooths out .

If your by yourself you will need to weight the seat down with something .

The extra load of the belt turning is making the engine want more air or fuel - look for air loss some where .
