Guys, I have two of the yard machine 17 hp riding mowers. B&G17 Twin II engine. I had a spark plug get stuck in one so I took the head from other one and replaced. Well something went wrong. Mower started but in few seconds oil was shooting up into air filter and down into carb. Being a shade tree, it appears the piston got stuck, not sure.
My question is, could I take these 2 mowers and make one good engine. Deck still good. What kind of cost would I be looking at to overhaul?
