X350 mower deck raise and lower issue

Hi all! New member and new John Deere X350 owner. I just changed out the snow blower for the mower deck. But now when I raise the mower deck to adjust the cut height it won't lower all the way. If I bring the cut height back to 0 I can lower it all the way but I can't use it at that cut height! Any advice for this new riding mower owner? (up to now always used the push mowers).
