Greetings, this is my first post here. I have a John Deere x320 that has sat for two years, and I am trying to remove the fuel tank to drain the gas. My problem is getting enough clearance with the height adjustment knob still attached. I don't know how to remove it. I have searched the web and this site, but haven't found it yet. Can anyone give me some insight?

Dran the tank by removing the fuel line and place it in a can to catch the gas.
