My X Mark will not achieve full RPM. Idles and runs smoothly until it achieves about 50% of RPM range then starts acting like fuel starvation. I replaced the fuel filter and drained both fuel tanks and put in fresh fuel. No difference in the engine RPM behavior. This came on suddenly (ran fine one day and problem was there next time I tried to mow)
