Some time ago one of my accounts purchased a Wright Centauer ride/stand on mower. It is the same as the one used in that auto insurance commercial. "All" the belts are proprietery to this machine. Off the top of my head, one of them is 5/8 X 640mm. I can't find that size except from Wright. On Monday, I am going to check how much the spring loaded idler's will compress or take up to use one longer or shorter. Not a bad machine but all the local dealers have dropped that line/brand of machine.

Thanks
That website did not have the 3 belts I needed (71460062, 64, and 65) but "did" point me in the right direction.
Stens has them and I discovered that the OEM belts are 75 3/8, 63 7/8, and 57 3/8 inches X 5/8. I have to get this machine back to work and I am gambling on getting a 75, 64, and a 57 inch belt in hopes that the spring loaded idlers will allow them to work. The 75 will only be 3/8 shorter, the 64 will be only 1/8 longer, and the 57 will be only 3/8 shorter than the OEM parts

Thanks again for that website. I contacted John F Vining who is their webmaster and he updated the site with the belts I needed. Fortunately the belts that I got which were a little off size "did" work just fine with room to spare. I'm definately going to bookmark that site.

Glad to help. I use that site a lot, especially when I have to match an off brand belt when I don't know a cross reference number.

I suggested flushing the hydraulic system before the rapidly approaching busy season starts. I went to check the hydraulic oil filter, and it has "Wright" as the brand name. PN #34490002. I am certain that it is made by a major manufacturer just like their belts. But who?

Hey Riv, got a cross reference for filters like the one you posted for belts?

Sorry chance, no such luck. Best bet is the take your OEM filter number and go to the website of the brand you like to use. You have to be careful though, as not all brands will cross properly. This is especially true if your filter has a internal by-pass valve. Have seen where the one recommended does not have the valve. This could cause major problem in some applications.

Well, I found out that this Wright filter is the same as the GRASSHOPPER100850 filter which is the Stens 120-471
I can't seem to find either of these locally

Update/edit LOL Grasshopper 100850 crosses to a Napa 1785 and Rotary 9464. Sheesh! How did we get by before the internet?
