Hello ILENGINE,

He could have been a tractor tech and not worked on smaller equipment.

Just the same though, I think he would know better than chasing a problem starting at the fuse box other than just checking the fuses to determine what circuit is having the issue.

Former techs don't think service information is important until they don't have it available any longer. Some even ignore it when it readily available.

Old tech mentality: I don't need to read nothing.

Guess who is to blame for the newer tech's bad habits and ignorance?

Or its them hiring the cheapest body they can to fill a spot. Don't care if know what they are doing or not.

Back in 2006 I layoff from a job due reduction work force. Every I tried to get a job I was over qualified. I finally went to work for myself and then they started wanting me to come and work for them. I would say to them "You are under qualified".

In this case I don't think there is a single fuse or fuse pin that isn't corroded to the point that all of them are probably causing issues. My first order of business is to rebuild the fuse block. And that maybe all that is needed to repair the no start issue.
