Will a CV16 head it onto a CH16

I am having trouble finding a head for my CH16 engine but there are several CV16 heads avail. Can anybody tell me if I can put a cv16 head on my ch16 cylinder?

scroll down and type in your model number in the box and it should tell you.
be sure to get ya a new head gasket if you get a new head too
