You have a short some place in the electrical system. Simpliest way to narrow down is to unplug every thing, install a fuse, turn on the key, and start plugging things back in one at a time to find which wire blows the fuse. Could be a bare spot in a wire someplace, could be a bad voltage regulator, shorted head light wire, or just a general short in the wiring harness.
