White LT-16 Cruisematic Items Needed

Hello everyone! Ive got a White LT-16 CruiseMatic. Engine will spin and an electrical issue is preventing spinning it over. Im leaning toward fixing this machine up but I need a few things.
1) Factory Service Manual
2) Pics of the fuel tank mount. This one is missing. The tank had been fastened with zip ties and of course ended up with holes rubbed through the plastic.
3) Pics of the hood hinge assembly as it is missing as well.

The actual model and serial number from the tag under the seat would be more helpful to narrow down what you are needed. If missing at least the engine model number info so we can narrow down year, since there is more than one year of manufacturing of that model, and things can change from year to year. Also a lot of those mower actually had the fuel tank zip tied to the mount from the factory.

I was unable to find a serial number tag but the engine was built in october of 93. Im guessing this tractor was likely built in 1994.

Well, I have to say its no wonder this machine wasnt popular, mounting fuel tank with zip ties? I think i will make something.

well many MTD lawn mower have the tank zip tied in place. This include Yardman, Bolens, Yard Machines, etc.

Zip tied tanks on MTD products have been used for probably 20 years. Never have come across one were the ties rubbed a hole in the tank. Usually the tank gets brittle and cracks before then.

Glad to know its just zip ties. I found the parts I need. Going to do a compression check this weekend see if I want sell it for parts or try to get it running. Much appreciate the info and the help. Thank you!
