I removed my blade about a year ago on my HT-R3009, now I'm ready to reinstall it. By examining the position of the blade and the curvature on the other side, plus the direction of the drive belt I can deduct that the blade should turn in a counter clock direction (viewing it from the bottom) After bolting the blade, the blade is directed toward the grass and the curvature toward the sky! Can you guys confirm this. Thanks

You want the lift of the blade up, mower blades generally spin in a clock wise rotation, if you're looking at it from the operator seat. so the lift should follow the cutting edge in it's rotation.
From what i found this is the original blade for that mower,
