Which B&S would you keep?

Trying to decide which mower to keep. I've got an old 46" Murray Lawn tractor with B&S 406677, type 0344C1 2-cyl OHV engine that I've been using for a few years. I resurrected it from the dead. It's set up for mulch cutting, so it makes a mess of me and it. Seems like I'm replacing a belt each year. Doesn't look like much, but not a bad driver. Currently have one rear tire that needs to be re-seated and inflated. I've put about $350 into it.

Just picked up a nice looking 42" Craftsman Lawn tractor with 1-cyl B&S 331800 motor. It's leaking oil from the sump gasket. Local shop it would be mn more than $150 to replace sump and main gaskets, probably less. I can fix the smoking issue with a gas shut off and needle valve replacement or cleaning as suggest on here. It doesn't ride as nice as the Murray, but all the safety switches work, etc. It's much newer than the Murray as well. Bought it for $150.

You can easily replace the sump gasket on the 33 series yourself. Beyond that, you know better than any of us what you have, which you like
