Here’s something to check when you turn ignition to start and only get a click. Reach under each control arm and push up the plunger on the safety switch and then try to start the engine. My Raptor XDX’s safety switch plunger on the left control arm wasn’t being pushed in far enough to activate the switch. Pushing the plunger all the way in with my finger activated the switch and the engine started.
I just saw this post. I had tge sane issue on the same side with my Raptor SD. The left safety switch was not making full contact with the control arm out to start the engine. It's base set nut needed to be re-tightened twice as the switch base moved to far away to make contact with the saftey switch. The right side has been fine.
