I have a Craftsman model 917256522 and i need tires and wheels. I called Sears to get the size and they would not give it to me and said that i should only buy from them.
I am on ebay looking for the size 15x6.00-6nhs tires and wheels. I can find the tires but the rims are a mystery to me when i email anyone they never know what it (rim) fits? Is there a specific size or any place besides sears i can get a wheel and tire combo that will fit that wont cost an arm and leg?
Best answer I can give you is go to your local repair shop and ask if they have a unit in for repair, that they would let you check the tire and rim size. Also, Craftsman tractors are built by MTD. Get the part numbers off the sears web site and then you can use that number through a repair shop or online a probably save a few $$$$
