I put the john Deere la140 together. New spindle assembly new blades (gator blades) . Put deck back on everything seems to be cutting level. Tomorrow I will move anti scalp wheels lower,ran out of daylight. Went and mowed a little in my yard . I noticed most all the dust is coming from the front of the deck instead of the discharge chute. This isn't normal for this mower is it? I've never used this mower before now. Just want to get everything fixed right so I can sell it.

Blades on upside down. It has happened to the best of us. And me too.

I'm fairly sure blades are on right .but I did have a few adult beverages lol .honestly blades are on right

I just reread your post. With the blades you have on it you can not tell how the deck works. Those blades redirect the grass to the center of the blade causing different air flow pattern than designed. I run G6 and Husqvarna high lift blades. Both act much different with air flow.

Everything appears ok. As mentioned I'm not going to be using it .In the spring hope to sale it for a profit
