what year want manual

Just purchased a wheelhorse toro 31112k802 sn 1030272. Would like to know what year it is and retail when new, has 275 hrs on it I got it at an estate sale for $800 runs perfect, looks almost new. I would also like to find a manual for it. Has a dedicated mulching deck, but have found a side discharge for 100 bucks, which I,M buying
