Buying Advice What is the highest quality/most rugged electric start 21" mower ?

I use a large commercial walk behind for my 2-1/2 acre lawn but need to buy a new 21" (or similar) electric start gas mower for trimming. I currently own a Cub Cadet 997ES but have always thought it was too cheaply built for my use on our one time pasture turned into a country lawn. I have had rotator cuff surgery and find pull starting even small engines much too hard. I am looking for a solid, well built, reliable electric start mower that can survive heavy use and would like the forum's members' input. Thank you.
